By accessing or placing an order on flikbasket.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. 🏢 About Us FlikBasket is a premium e-commerce brand operating under Indian law, headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana, India. We curate and deliver high-quality wellness and lifestyle products to customers across India.

2. 🛒 Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
  • Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment — you will be notified in case of cancellation

3. 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes only
  • By placing a COD order, you commit to accepting and paying for the order at the time of delivery
  • Refusing delivery without prior cancellation will result in:
    • Suspension of COD facility on future orders
    • Possible recovery of shipping & handling charges incurred
  • Repeated delivery refusals may result in account suspension

4. ❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances
  • To cancel before dispatch, email flikbasket@gmail.com immediately with your Order ID
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will be liable for return shipping costs

5. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 7–18 business days) and not guaranteed
  • FlikBasket is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other external factors
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases except where the error is on our part

6. 🏷️ Product Disclaimer

  • While we ensure quality checks, minor variations in color or packaging may occur due to manufacturing or display differences
  • In case of product errors (wrong item, damaged product), we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy
  • FlikBasket's liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer

7. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only as per our Return Policy
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) to the customer's provided account
    • Refunds are NOT issued in cash
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after return inspection

8. 🔒 Privacy

  • Your personal data is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
  • By placing an order, you consent to being contacted via SMS/WhatsApp/Email for order updates

9. ⚖️ Consumer Rights (India)

  • These terms are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000
  • As an Indian consumer, you retain all rights granted under applicable Indian law
  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights

10. 📍 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India
