At FlikBasket, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after 5 days of delivery
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

📋 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at flikbasket@gmail.com with your Order ID
  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the item and issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
  4. If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the item back

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🚚 Non-Refundable Shipping Cost

The original shipping fee paid at the time of checkout is non-refundable for all returns. This applies regardless of the reason for return, except in cases where the return is due to a FlikBasket error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged in transit). In such cases, the full shipping cost will be refunded along with the product amount.
