At FlikBasket, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after 5 days of delivery
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
📋 How to Request a Return
- Email us at flikbasket@gmail.com with your Order ID
- Attach clear photos/videos of the item and issue
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the item back
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
🚚 Non-Refundable Shipping Cost
The original shipping fee paid at the time of checkout is non-refundable for all returns. This applies regardless of the reason for return, except in cases where the return is due to a FlikBasket error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged in transit). In such cases, the full shipping cost will be refunded along with the product amount.
