📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after Order Confirmation/payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can track your order via the courier's tracking portal.

💰 Shipping Charges

• A minimum shipping charge of ₹170 applies on all orders
• Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a FlikBasket error

• FlikBasket is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information
• In rare cases, split shipments may occur if items are dispatched from our fullfillment centers.
• COD orders refused at delivery will incur return shipping charges borne by the customer
